This Friday, the first water polo campus WP CAMP XMAS has closed. The edition held in Zaragoza has had participants from England, Germany, Murcia, the Valencian Community, Madrid, Euskadi and Aragon.
The four days of the WP CAMP XMAS campus end with an excellent balance. From December 27 to 30, the participants enjoyed morning and afternoon water polo training sessions in the privileged environment of EM El Olivar. And they have done it under the orders of two top-level coaches: Mario García and Marc Hernández.
The technical sessions in an intensive format and the extensive training spaces in the new La Olímpica pool have allowed us to see a great evolution among those attending the WP CAMP XMAS water polo campus. The friendly matches against the EM El Olivar teams have been the perfect final to a very intense week in the water.
In addition to the water polo training sessions in the pool, the participants have also worked on different aspects that will allow them to improve their game, coordination and ability in the water. The viewing of water polo matches and the Laser Combat activity have also been the added values of this first Christmas water polo campus in Zaragoza.
From the WP CAMP team we want to especially thank Fernando García, Alberto García and Jose Miguel Barbany for their collaboration, as well as the Sagrada Familia Residence Hall, who have made this WP CAMP XMAS water polo campus a complete success.
Until next year!
